For Client With Previous Brow Work

We do not offer touch-ups for work done by other artists. If you haven’t had your brows done by us before, your first visit is a correction.

Please text clear, unfiltered photos of your bare brows (full face centered in the picture) in natural lighting (near sunlight or window) to 847-220-3666 for review before booking. Booking without approval or disclosing previous work will result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. No exceptions. This helps us determine the best approach (color, shape, technique) and avoid cancellations.

If your previous work has blue, green, gray, or red undertones, you'll need a color correction to neutralize it before applying brown or other natural color.
